Zdravets Spa Hotel - Velingrad

the location was fantastic, near to the main square, a restaurant, and the centre, in a fairly nice area. i had a deluxe queen room included with double bed, bath tube, for example.

The New Year at the hotel was amazing! We loved the delicious food and friendly staff. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center and just a short walk from the railway station. Plus, the hotel had both an indoor and outdoor pool, which was a great advantage.

There were a couple of downsides. the reception staff lacked manners and experience.

Very nice clean room with big bathroom. The restaurant was very good and not expensive.

The music from the restaurant was going on long after midnight and no one in the hotel could sleep in such loud noise. It was turned down after we complained on the reception. The pool and the jacuzzi were with cold water. The temperatures in the whole spa center was very low. The sauna and the steam bath are for 4 people only! When leaving the hotel we were asked to pay 30% due to some misunderstanding of the reception staff but after short discussion we payed the Booked.net price.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is in the Center of this littel town.

The standard rooms are very small. the bed can only carry one person. Room furnishing is low to moderate. Front disk staff either don't speak English (night) or very little of it (day time). The management seems to be loose as the night front disk officer was more in the bar than in the office !!! Other staff in the lobby were not so friendly too.

My two-night stay was amazing. The staff was excellent and accommodating throughout. I greatly enjoyed the mountain view from my superior queen room. The breakfast was satisfactory with a great selection of fabulous food. I had an excellent experience at Zdravets Spa Hotel in Velingrad. The staff was attentive, the room provided a beautiful mountain view, and the breakfast selection was impressive. The hotel's central location was also convenient for exploring the town.

Well euiped and all quite new. Help of General Manager due to lack of English with some staff ecellent.

The hotel has retro charm and decent interior. The single room is spacious with a comfy bed. It stays warm even in cold weather. The food is above average, with an option for all-inclusive at a great price. The pools are nice, with mineral water, and there's a sauna and steam room.

Personnels was really kind. We had internet connection problem they solved problem immediately.

The property is uniquely designed, with a main restaurant, a lobby bar, and a Viennese salon. The atmosphere is inviting and sophisticated. Velingrad's climate, mineral waters, and nature make it a preferable destination for recreation and treatment.

Oops, did I mention I didn't like something? Well, I guess there's nothing to complain about!

No reason to complain, absolutely amazing stay for 2 nights. Top and perfect location for our needs, right by the centre of town, and the shared areas. Decent sized room, exceptionally comfortable beds. Perfect view of the mountain from the window.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was fantastic, right in the centre of town and close to the bus station. The service was impeccable, with room service, car hire, and laundry services available. The staff tried to help me with every request I had. The hotel also had a wide range of amenities, including an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, spa and wellness centre, and a beautiful garden area. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities, including a flat-screen TV and electric kettle. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
